Shipping & Packing

It is my goal to ship all orders within 48 hrs of purchase.

I do offer free local deliveries to Chico, CA. Please email me 

at contact@sistermuse.com with your address and we will go from there!

I hand package every shipment with love and care. I aim to use all recycled and recyclable packaging.

What if my jewelry breaks while I am wearing it?

I want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will work hard to remedy the situation to the best of my abilities.

I offer a one-time free repair within 60 days from your purchase. After 60 days, there is a $20 fee for repairs if the item can be fixed.

Note: Buyer pays for shipping. Please email me at contact@sistermuse.com and put "Repair Request" in the subject line. Include a description of damage and photos if possible.

About metals

We all have different sensitivities to metals depending on our body’s chemistry, so I always list the type of metal and plating on every product page. If you are sensitive to metals I do not recommend plated jewelry. It is up to you to know if you have an allergy to base metals or brass. Plated jewelry should only be worn on occasion. If you are looking to wear your jewelry everyday I recommend solid sterling silver, gold filled or solid gold.

This is a one woman show and I want you to not only be happy, but delightfully satisfied with your purchase!

 

If you need a different size, metal, gem, or decide your purchase is just not right for you, I accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order. Return fee $5

Exchanges I am unable to process exchanges at this time, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your return separately. 

How to Process a Return

Simply email me at contact@sistermuse.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for the return within the email. I will do my best to get back to you within 24 hours. Once your return has been approved, I will send you a return label, and once I receive the item, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment, minus a $5 return fee.  
 

To be eligible for a refund, please note the guidelines below:

-All items must be new, unworn, with the original tags and packaging.

-Products marked *final sale* cannot be returned.

-International orders are final sale.
